The bill was difficult to read, creating confusion and high call centre volumes. The layout was ineffectively handling the required information, producing multi-page bills and unnecessarily high print costs.
Energy is a highly regulated industry with many limitations and the bills are required to display a lot of information in a clear, concise layout.
Complete design refresh of all bills to make them easier to comprehend through the use of balanced colours, a clear typographic heirarchy and the removal of visually overbearing angular blocks.
