Industry wide lack of engagement from customers. They don't care about energy or who provided it, many being unsure which retailer they were with. They didn't understand the significance of energy in their everyday lives.

Response

Refresh the customer welcome collateral, to dramatise the emotional benefit of power. Create a moment in which a customer would stop to think about how important power is to them.
